West Paw Plush Squeaker Toys Review

These Rowdies are little critters that come in a variety of shapes, colors, and characters. We’re not exactly sure if they’re supposed to be a monster, or maybe a type of animal; but what we can tell you is that our dogs loved them. They are perfect for rough play because of the special HardyTex fabric that West Paw makes, which is extra durable thanks to its mesh backing. With a furry toy, you sometimes have to worry about your dog ripping out the fur, but that didn’t become an issue for us. Some of the Rowdies also have special “chew zones” on the ends made from West Paw’s sturdy Zogoflex material. They come with a squeaker inside, which can be annoying for humans, but all the more fun for dogs.

Moving on to the Big Sky line of toys, these squeaky plush toys are available in different animal shapes, inspired by the wildlife of Montana where West Paw is based. Made with faux suede and fleece, they’re not exactly furry like the Rowdies are, but still super soft. Great news if you’re trying to buy eco-friendly: the inside is stuffed with Intelliloft fill made from recycled plastic bottles. Who knew a bottle could be turned into something so fluffy?
