You’ve never unboxed L.O.L. Surprise! dolls like this before. Inside this mysterious bottle, you’ll find one of three flying L.O.L. Surprise! dolls. Sky Starling, Sweetie Fly, and Flutter Star are hand-guided flying dolls, which means your hand controls where they fly. But before your doll flies, you have to get her out of the bottle. When the bottle is turned on, tap it, watch it shake and light up, and then the bottle opens and the doll will come flying out! The doll will hover over your hand. To stop the flying, use a book or thick, flat item to press the tip of the propeller.

The dolls are rechargeable in their bottles, and it takes about 25-30 minutes to get a full charge. You get about four minutes of play time per charge. The bottle comes with three AAA batteries. For safety reasons, make sure you pull back loose hair when flying and adult supervision is required.

Should I get it?

We like the magical unboxing of the doll and this new look for L.O.L. Surprise! dolls. It’s definitely surprising and maybe even a little scary when the doll flies out of the bottle. The shiny wings are fun to watch flying in the air.

Just remember that your hands aren’t really controlling the direction of the doll. Instead, your hands are just keeping the doll flying up and up into the air. If you want the doll to fly back down a bit, don’t put out your hands.

Pros

Surprise unboxing
Doll flies
Repeat the unboxing

Cons

Hard to control the flying
Needs large, obstacle-free space
