The Dawg Buster is a “fetching stick” style dog toy that resembles a caterpillar, or several spheres morphed together in a line. It is slightly thinner in the middle than at the edges. The Dawg Buster comes in two sizes, the standard size made for medium sized dogs under 40 pounds, and the XL, recommended for large dogs over 40 pounds. This toy is made of Ruff Dawg’s notoriously tough rubber material, so it’s super durable while being gentle on teeth and gums, floats on water, has a decently good bounce, and has good heft. It also comes in 4 different neon colors.

TTPM Dogs Lexi, Hope, and Dex tried out the Dawg Buster, with stellar results. All dogs were big fans. Dex and Hope are very heavy chewers, with Dex easily being the most destructive. That being said, we observed no meaningful damage to the Dawg Buster even after weeks of play. Lexi is a moderate chewer, and loved to play tug of war with Hope using the Dawg Buster. As expected, it held up just fine. Dex enjoys playing fetch with the Dawg Buster, or just gnawing on it, as he is want to do.
