Wobble Wag Giggle Ball Dog Toy Review

The Wobble Wag Giggle Ball is designed to make “giggling” noises when knocked around. Marvelously enough, this ball needs no batteries to operate! There are a few tubes inside of the ball which produce noises when shaken or moved. To get started, it’s recommended that you shake the ball and act excited to get your dog’s attention. Then, give the ball to your dog and see how they take to it. If they play with it, consider reinforcing the fun with a treat here or there. Once they take a liking to it, the ball can act as a semi-autonomous participant in play, engaging your dog more deeply than with a conventional squeaker ball.

We tried the Wobble Wag Giggle Ball with TTPM dog Dex, and while he enjoyed the noises the ball made, his excitement would quickly die down once left to his own devices. Dex loves to chew, so he would spend time chewing on the ball instead. On a related note, it’s pretty sturdy, but not made for intense chewing. All in all, this wasn’t a strong match for Dex. If your dog is more into chasing, then this ball might be for you.
