Adult assembly is required, and it comes with a base, two stem pieces, three screws, a handle, and instructions. Once assembled, it’s about 9.75 inches tall. All kids have to do is sit and turn the handle to spin. They’re in control of the speed. This is designed for ages 18 months and up with a maximum weight limit of 42 pounds.
