Count, spell, and learn with Sesame Street Learning Elmo. This plush Elmo toy holds a light-up crayon in one hand and a pretend cell phone in the other. Both of these and Elmo’s feet activate the more than 50 learning phrases. Two AAA batteries are included. (Make sure to switch the toy from Try Me mode to On to activate the full features.) Just press the crayon to hear phrases about colors. Press the purple button on the phone to play phrases and music, such as “Here We Go Loopy Loo” and “The Alphabet Song”. Press Elmo’s right foot to hear phrases about numbers and counting. Press Elmo’s left foot to hear Elmo talk about letters and words. This 10.5-inch tall plush sits on its own and is soft enough for toddlers to hug.
