Little People Light-Up Learning Garage Review

Tune up playtime with the Little People Light-Up Learning Garage. With more than 65 songs, sounds, tunes, and phrases, toddlers and preschoolers will be introduced to colors, letters, counting, and more through three stages of play.

The playset comes with two Little People figures, two kid-sized mechanic’s tool play pieces, and a car for the Little People to ride in. There’s a kid-powered elevator to take the car up to the light-up car wash with sound effects and then down the ramp. Pull into the gas station for a fill-up, and open the car’s hood to use the tools for a pretend tune-up. Shapes, numbers, and letters buttons activate more lights, sounds, phrases, and songs. 

And with three Smart Stages of play, the sounds, songs, and phrases you hear will change. In the first stage, Discover, pressing the buttons or lifting the car wash ramp activates lights, phrases, and songs about colors, ABCs, and counting. In stage 2, Experience, kids will hear songs and phrases about routines and taking care of a car. And in stage 3, Imagine, music, lights, and sounds encourage preschoolers to make up their own stories.

The playset comes with three AA batteries for the in-store, try-me features, so you might want to replace them before you play for best results. Some adult assembly is required.
