Installation is impressively simple thanks to Chicco’s LeverLock Self-Tensioning Lock System. You only have to install the base once using your vehicle’s seat belt. After routing the belt and closing the LeverLock door, it applies the correct amount of locking tension—giving you a rock-solid install that stays put whether the seat is rear- or forward-facing.

This specific model features Chicco’s ClearTex materials. ClearTex fabrics have no added flame-retardant chemicals and are GREENGUARD Gold Certified for low chemical emissions, meaning healthier air quality around your child.

Rotational car seats are an absolute game-changer and Chicco executes it beautifully here. The turn is incredibly smooth, and buckling a wiggly toddler when they are facing you directly is infinitely easier than leaning over them. What I thought at first was just a luxury feature has now become a requirement for me after experiencing this firsthand and how much easier it is to bring my son in and out of the car.

I also love how this seat is built to grow. It features a 15-position easy-adjust headrest that raises right along with the harness and a flex-forward buckle that naturally stays out of the way. Plus, the two flexible cup holders are a nice addition to store your toddler’s bottle or toys for a trip in the car.
