You’ll always be “write” in style with your customized pens made with the Make It Real Write In Style Pen Creation Station. It comes with 32 pieces for creating 10 different pens. There’s a purple locker that serves as storage for the sequins and clay slices, plus it’s where you actually put the pens together. Doing that involves placing one of the empty pens through the two holders on the locker door, adding the funnel on top, and scooping in the sequins and clay pieces you want. Add water, close the pen, and watch the sequins and clay pieces float around inside. (Give your pen a shake if they seem to clump together.) You can further decorate your pen with clip-on silicone charms. And use the sticker sheet to decorate the locker.

Should I get it?
Yes, these are working pens, and kids will love getting creative to decorate the floating bits inside each one. We think the mini locker storage is cute, although the locker doesn’t have space for storing all the pieces. The instructions for this are easy to follow and easy for kids to do, though it can be messy and sometimes the funnel gets clogged. Creative kids ages 8 and up will have fun making and using their very own pens.Â
