Editor's Review
With the My First ABC Tablet, preschoolers can explore the alphabet, colors, and more. There are seven activities for kids to explore: Letters, Words, Music Game, Colors, Messages, PAW-dcasts, and Sing-Along. And in these modes, kids can press the 26 letter buttons for rainbow light effects and more than 250 songs, phrases, and sounds.
In Letters mode, kids press the letter buttons to hear letter names and sounds. In Words mode, kids press letter buttons to hear letter sounds and words that start with each letter. In Music Games mode, kids press letter buttons to add sounds to different background tunes. In Colors mode, pressing a letter button helps kids explore color names and listen to a song about colors. Messages mode plays voice messages from Scout and Violet. There’s more from Scout and Violet’s adventures through the PAW-dcasts mode. And Sing-Along mode plays the ABC song as well as other songs. The play button slider makes the image of Scout and Violet dance.
Three AAA batteries are included for the in-store try-me features, so it’s recommended that you replace them before you play for best results.

Should I get it?
This is such a cute toy that gives little ones the feel of having their own tablet, which allows them to mimic what they see their adults doing. But this is a tablet that parents will want their preschoolers to play on because it’s got lots of learning content and pressing the buttons helps with fine motor skills. Kids will like interacting with Scout and Violet, watching the rainbow light effects, and listening to fun music.Â
