Little ones will like pretending to drive just like Mom and Dad with the Laugh & Learn Sit & Steer Driver. This car-themed activity center offers 360-degrees of crawl-around fun and pretend play. Plus, the toy grows with your baby thanks to three Smart Stages of play. And across those three stages, there are more than 150 songs, sounds, and phrases that introduce babies to letters, numbers, colors, shapes, and more. Babies can activate the learning content by pressing the nine buttons on the light-up dashboard, turning the steering wheel, and pressing the horn.

The learning content changes depending on which Smart Stage you’re playing in. Stage 1, Explore, plays sounds, music, first words, and phrases that introduce babies ages 6 months and up to opposites, colors, shapes, letters, and numbers. In stage 2, Encourage, babies 12 months and up will hear sounds, phrases, and songs about colors and numbers, as well as learning prompts. And Stage 3, Pretend, inspires imaginative play among toddlers 18 months and up through songs and phrases.

Additional activities include a gear shifter clicker, lock toggle, wheel flipper, battery gauge clicker, and shape sorter trunk with three blocks.

Adult assembly is required, and you’ll need three AA batteries. There are two volume levels.

Should I get it?

This is such a cute toy. Babies and toddlers can sit and play, pretending to drive just like their Mom and Dad. For the youngest babies, this toy is all about working fine motor skills and hearing the early educational content. As your baby gets older, the toy becomes more about engaging toddlers in imaginative play. We really like how the learning content grows with the child to support developmental goals based on age.
