If you’re on the hunt for some cool and rockin’ toys for your baby to obsess over, then look no further than the VTech Kiddie Cat Cassette Player and Pull Back Skater Cat.  The cassette player is for ages 9 to 36 months while the skater cat is for ages 12 to 36 months. Both toys require two AAA batteries that are not included The cassette plays jazz, country and rock-n-roll style melodies and the Alphabet Song. The wheels within the cassette spin and the buttons can be pressed to make the kitty bop up and down and side to side while the toy strengthen your baby’s little fingers using its two fidget buttons that turn the tape, rattle the beads and wiggle the kitty inside of the player. This toy is a cool way to blend retro tech with modern kids. Riley absolutely loved when the cassette played music and how the beads made noise when he shook it. With the skater cat, your baby can press its light up shoes to make the cat twist and turn. Your baby can also move the kitty’s bobble head as the skateboard sings the letter A, B, and C, the numbers 1, 2, 3, plus 50+ phrases, songs, and sounds. One of the coolest features about the skater cat is that you can pull and turn the body of the cat and allow it to skate by pulling it back and releasing it even when the cat is turned to the off position so your baby can have fun even without the lights and sounds. The skater cat toy is also a part of STEM focused toys (Science, Technology, Engineering, Math) with a focus on Math. Both toys help kids learn cause and effect as they can move the kitties in different ways and make different sounds occur.
