Editor's Review
Chug into Tidmouth Sheds to explore with Thomas and Harold through the play of the Thomas & Friends Exploring Tidmouth Sheds Train Set. The play with this is all kid-powered. Preschoolers push the Thomas engine around the 8.3 feet of track, passing the lifting bridge, the moving crossing gate, the train-activated windmill, and the turning turntable. Once inside Tidmouth Sheds, kids can prop up Thomas on the repair lift and pretend that the adjustable figures are getting Thomas ready for his next outing. When he’s ready, place him on one of the three tracks, and lift up the back to launch Thomas onto the turntable. Then spin it to decide where Thomas goes next. There’s a helipad on top for Harold, and the toy helicopter has rotating blades. This track set is compatible with other push-along or motorized train engines, as well as other Thomas & Friends train sets.
