Play-Doh Barbie Designer Fashion Show Review

Editor's Review
Barbie’s got a whole new look – and it’s made of Play-Doh! The Play-Doh Barbie Designer Fashion Show includes six colors of Play-Doh and lots of molds to design fashions and hairstyles for the included Barbie doll. There are even two pre-made Play-Doh pattern sheets with lipstick and bow designs to make it easy for kids to create signature styles. But with the extruder that extrudes ruffled Play-Doh for skirts, a Barbie logo stamper, a rolling stamper to finish off a hemline, and traditional Barbie accessories of shoes, belt, and sunglasses, kids ages 5 and up can really get creative to design their own custom Barbie fashions. The design studio even turns into a runway with a display stand for the doll.Â

Should I get it?
We like that the set opens up to look like a dressing room, inspiring the imaginative play even more. While the set does come with picture instructions for how to do everything, finished results will vary depending on the age and skill level of the child. The pre-patterned pieces make it easy for kids to create some really cool looks, but the beauty of this is that there are a lot of different tools and Play-Doh colors to allow kids to use their imaginations and dream up different fashions for Barbie.
