Editor's Review
Andrea and her friends are ready to take the stage in the LEGO Friends Andrea’s Theater School construction set, model number 41714. With the set’s 1,154 pieces, kids will build Assembly Theater with ticket booth, posters advertising upcoming plays, pretend spotlights, and a Royal Mail post box. This theater is, after all, based on a London West End theater. Open it up to reveal a stage with orchestra and balcony seats. Roll back the fabric curtain and let the show begin. Four minidoll figures are included: Andrea, Ollie, Freya, and Professor Adrian. Various accessories, such as a walkie talkie, script, megaphone, and opera glasses, help set the stage for all sorts of imaginative stories. Speaking of the stage, the set has two buildable backdrops, so your LEGO actors can perform amidst a nighttime cityscape or a medieval castle. On the backside of the playset, there are three levels of backstage rooms, complete with costumes, props, and musical instruments. There’s even a bathroom.
