Imaginext Star Wars R2-D2 Review

Everyone’s favorite droid pair gets the Imaginext treatment with the Imaginext Star Wars R2-D2. While R2 is the lights-and-sounds playset, C-3PO is an Imaginext action figure that helps turn the Power Pad and inspire imaginative play. Turning the Power Pad activates lights and sounds, as well as reveals the projectile arm and spinning saw blade. To launch the two projectile disks from the arm, insert one disk and slide the switch to launch it. Turn the Power Pad the other way to close up the arm and blade. R2’s scope can also be pulled out, and kids can push the droid around on its real-rolling wheels. There’s also some space on the other side for kids to play with C-3PO and other Imaginext action figures. This side even has storage space for the disks. The toy has two levels of volume and comes with three AA batteries. Some assembly is required.
