How is Angel feeling today? Stitch’s friend Angel may be in a mischievous mood or a funny mood. It all depends on how you play with her! And you’ll be able to see how she feels thanks to her LCD eye displays. Tickle Angel while she’s lying down to hear laughing and other sounds. Press or tickle Angel’s belly while she is seated for playtime. Pay attention to Angel’s eyes – when she sees food, press her belly to feed her. Tilt Angel from side to side for a more adventurous mood. Or turn Angel all the way upside down for silly and bouncing sound effects. If you jiggle Angel, she gets dizzy and a little annoyed. If you touch Angel’s head and belly together, you’ll unlock a secret audio and LCD eye surprise. (We’re not sure what the surprise is suppose to be because we encountered different sounds and effects when we tried this feature.) When you lay Angel on her back, she’ll become sleepy and yawn. You’re also supposed to be able to rock Angel side to side in your arms to help her fall asleep, but the toy just thought we were tilting it. There are more than 50 sounds and reactions with this toy. The 13.5-inch  toy comes with three AA batteries. Make sure to move the switch from “Try Me” to “On” to access the toy’s full features.

Should I get it?

This is a nice combination of nurturing play that’s almost game-like thanks to the animations in the LCD eyes. Playing off of last year’s Many Moods Stitch, this new plush toy brings another character from the world of Lilo & Stitch to life. It will inspire a lot of imaginative play among kids ages 3 and up.
