Disney Junior Mickey Mouse Funhouse Treasure Adventure Pirate Ship Review

Set sail with Mickey and his crew on the Disney Junior Mickey Treasure Adventure Pirate Ship. Based on the Mickey Mouse Funhouse series, this playset imagines Funny the Funhouse as a pirate ship, complete with Windy the Weathervane. Kids can create all sorts of adventures with the five included figures: Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Pluto, Goofy, and Wheezelene. Each three-inch figure is poseable. Captain Mickey can steer the ship while the song “True Pirates We Be” plays after you press the blue Mickey button. This button also plays Mickey phrases and sound effects. Goofy can keep watch in the crow’s nest, and when he sees Wheezelene in the small boat, press Windy to fire the forward water cannon. The button on the side of the ship fires two more water cannons. Who will get to the treasure first? Donald can go pretty fast when you lower the anchor and send him down the slide. The treasure chest and small boat can be stored in the cargo hold at the back of the ship. The ship also features rolling wheels and a pull-out plank that reveals a trap door.

The box says that two AAA batteries are included, but our toy did not have the batteries.

Adult assembly is required, and it was very difficult to cut the plastic ties off of the pieces.
