No matter how you want to play, Chap Mei has a playset for you. All of these are available exclusively at Dollar General.

Be My Own Candy House Playset has a carry handle so that kids can take the fun with them on the go. Open it up to reveal a dollhouse with a doll and pet poodle. These two figures, along with the giant lollipop, have color-change surprises when placed in icy cold and warm water. There are also mix-and-match accessories, furniture, and candy pieces. The doll’s bow doubles as a ring for kids to wear.

Or take the play underwater with the Wild Quest Cage Rage Motorized Chomping Shark. Three AAA batteries are included. Open the cage to release the shark, and press the button on the tail to make the shark chomp its mouth, shake its head, and light up its eyes red. Can you bait the shark with the fish tail accessory?

And the Bucket Master Pirate Bucket comes with 45 pieces all stored inside the skull-shaped container. It’s pirates versus skeletons with the figures, plus there’s a cannon that really launches a projectile, an octopus, a pirate boat, secret compartments for the treasure, and more. A carry handle makes it easy for kids to take the fun on the go.

Should I get it?

All of these playsets will inspire imaginative play among kids ages 3 and up. Be My Own Candy House has a fun candy theme and color-change features, but we wish it had been easier to get the shoes onto the doll’s feet. Wild Quest has a light up, moving shark, which looks really cool. And the Pirate Bucket comes with a lot of pieces and hidden surprises, however, the instructions were kind of confusing.
