American Girl World By Us Community Center, Table & Chairs, and Accessory Sets Review

One of our favorite things about American Girl dolls are the accessories! So much detail, so much realism. And the accessories in the World By Us collection do not disappoint.

The Community Center is where American Girls Makena, Evette, and Maritza like to hang. The playset includes 360 degrees of play options for the dolls. On one side, you’ve got a desk with two drawers and a chalkboard wall. Accessories such as a desk lamp with pencil holder, tablet with separate keyboard, and notebooks make this the perfect space for doing homework. On the opposite side, there are five lockers and four cubbies. Kids can use this space for storing some of the other accessories, such as a translucent peace sign photo holder and terrarium. Pretend to fill up the water bottle at the refill station on the side of the playset. Kids can also decorate The Community Center with stickers and posters that have inspirational messages.

The Community Center Table & Chairs Set gives American Girl dolls a place to sit and craft. There are two metal chairs at the printed zebra-wood table, and lots of arts and crafts tools, from scissors and markers to a drawing pad and hot glue gun. Kids can even use stickers to make buttons for the dolls to wear.

The Community Center Accessory Set comes with a comfy sofa with reversible pieces to change up the style. Two decorative pillows keep things cozy, and a reversible throw rug fits under the sofa. The large floor lamp has a faceted globe that really lights up.
