Dreams are coming true for American Girl and Disney Princess fans. Now Tiana, Cinderella, and Ariel have been added to the American Girl Disney Princess Collector Dolls series. Each 18-inch doll wears one of the character’s signature outfits, and additional accessories are also available.
The Tiana doll has brown eyes and curly black hair styled in a bun with face-framing tendrils. In her hair, she wears a glittery green headband with organza and satin petals. Her green-and-yellow dress mimics the one worn at the end of The Princess and the Frog, with a satin petal-shaped bodice and layered skirt. The doll accessorizes with a green gemstone necklace, yellow elbow-length gloves, and green open-toe kitten heels. For more play, add the Tiana Work Dress & Accessories set, which comes with a yellow cotton A-line dress with three-quarter sleeves, a green boucle coat, black Mary Jane shoes, and three pretend beignets on a plate. And the Tiana Evening Star Dress & Accessories includes a blue satin glitter dress, a silver tiara with rhinestones, a necklace with blue faceted gemstone, pale blue gloves, blue satin flats with embroidery detail, and a printed photo of Tiana’s Restaurant.
The Ariel doll has aqua-colored eyes. The character’s signature wavy red hair is styled with sideswept bangs and a pink seaflower hair clip with a yellow rhinestone center. The doll wears a mermaid-style dress with glittery purple satin bodice, an iridescent scale print, and a glittery green fin. Her necklace features a seashell pendant, and she wears purple open-toe kitten heels with glittery faux seashells on the front. To recreate a day out with Prince Eric, you’ll need the Ariel Day Dress, Flounder, & Accessories set. Its multi-tone blue dress features silver embroidery, and you can tie back Ariel’s hair with the georgette bow. The navy flats also have georgette bows. And the set includes a Flounder plush. Play out dinner with Prince Eric when Ariel wears items from the Ariel Castle Ball Gown, Sebastian, & Accessories. The pink satin dress features iridescent artwork on the bodice and overskirt, plus there’s a barrette with pink rhinestones and pink kitten heels with glitter details. This set includes a Sebastian figurine.
The Cinderella doll features blue eyes and the character’s blonde hair pulled up into a high bun with a blue headband. The doll wears blue rhinestone earrings in her pierced ears. Just like in the movie, she wears a blue satin ball gown featuring a bodice with braided trim and a silver foil print. The doll accessorizes with a ribbon choker necklace, white elbow-length gloves, and glittery “glass” slippers with rhinestones at the toes. For a day cleaning up after her stepsisters, Cinderella can wear the Cinderella Day Dress, Friends & Accessories set. The dress has a dark-brown velvet bodice with floral embroidery and gold trim. Over it is a white satin apron with a pink satin patch. There’s also a hair kerchief and a bow hair tie, plus brown shoes with crisscross straps. The set includes a pair of Gus and Jaq figurines. And to recreate the dress that Cinderella and her friends designed, there’s the Cinderella Original Ball gown & Accessories set. This comes with a pink satin dress with ribbon-trimmed bodice, a beaded necklace, a satin ribbon with a bow, pink satin flats, a “dress makers” book, a tape measure, and pretend scissors that the doll can really hold.
