Editor's Review
Now kids can pretend to cook for their Bitty Baby doll with the American Girl Bitty Baby’s Kitchen. This kid-sized kitchen playset features a farmhouse sink with a real wooden countertop and shelves. The stovetop has two burners, and the oven has turning knobs. The pretend clock has movable hands, and the sink faucets can also be moved. Open up the storage cabinets under the sink to store all the accessories. These include a felt tomato and a felt onion. Thanks to their Velcro centers, kids can use the pretend knife to cut the tomato and onion in half. The salt and pepper shakers make grinding sounds when you turn the tops. Additional play food includes felt bow-tie pasta and a felt block of cheese. And additional kitchen tools include a colander with star cut-outs, a pot with gold handle and lid, and a cupcake tray that fits in the oven. (This is compatible with Bitty’s Stackable Birthday Cupcake Set, sold separately.) The felt storage bin on the shelf can hold all the food items. Kids can wear the bunny-print apron and matching quilted oven mitt while they play.
