On Monday, I mentioned an unscientific experiment that I’m conducting for the month March, to find out if you can really lose weight with a workout video game. You can read Monday’s post here. The game I’m using is Your Shape: Fitness Evolved by Ubisoft and the game system is Xbox’s Kinect.
On Monday, I mentioned that I’ll do a weigh-in every Friday but since I just started on Monday and haven’t done my workout yet today, it has only been four days of workouts. So, I’m switching the weigh-in updates to Mondays, which will give me a full week. With that said, I decided to get on the scale today and believe it or not, I’ve lost two-pounds in the past four days.
