Last Monday I mentioned an unscientific experiment that I’m conducting for the month of March, to find out if you can really lose weight with a workout video game. You can read Monday’s post here. The game I’m using is Your Shape: Fitness Evolved by Ubisoft and the game system is Xbox’s Kinect.
It’s been a full week since starting my workout program so it’s time for a weigh-in. My starting weight last Monday was 191. Today I weigh in at 189 for a total of two pounds lost in one week. Next weigh-in will be next Monday.
