Netflix is currently testing a new concept for kid’s programming, called “Just For Kids”. This kid’s area, accessed from a tab on the home page, will be a separate section of Netflix’s website that is optimized for kids to search for the content that they want to watch. The image heavy, text light “Just For Kids” area will allow users to search for movies and TV shows by selecting a character from a side-scrolling menu bar featuring kid-friendly characters. Sounds like a cool idea but there is no official word yet on when this will be fully available.
