Thomas & Friends Launch & Loop Maintenance Yard Review

Create loops of fun with the Thomas & Friends Launch & Loop Maintenance Yard. Based on the Thomas & Friends All Engines Go! show, this track set comes with 16 feet of track, plus a cool train-launching feature. Once parents get the track assembled, insert two AAA batteries into the motorized Thomas engine. (Batteries are not included.) Then, place Thomas on the track, turn him on, and watch him chug around the track.

If you pull back on the lever, you’ll set up the launching feature. When Thomas goes through the launcher, he’ll soar through the 360-degree loop. Pull back on the lever again to reset the launcher.

There are also three switch tracks to change where Thomas goes. Just make sure that you’ve rotated Carly the Crane to help fix the broken track before Thomas chugs down that side. Thomas can also stop at the platform to pick up or unload cargo. The cargo attaches to Thomas’ cargo bed and will stay on even if Thomas carries it through the loop.
