Editor's Review
The Nerf Pro Gelfire Mythic Blaster is an all-in-one package. Starting with the necessities, you get a USB charging cable, which can be used to charge the removable battery. The battery comes off easily, but also stays securely affixed during play. You’ll also get two packets with 5000 dehydrated rounds in each. Soak them in plenty of water for 3 to 4 hours first, and leave the battery charging for 2 hours, and then you should be good to go.
The hopper holds up to 800 hydrated rounds, and attaches very easily. Put on your safety glasses, flip the safety switch off, and commence the blasting. You can set the mode to either semi-auto, which fires one pellet at a time, or full auto, which fires 10 rounds per second continuously when you hold the trigger down. Looks-wise, this is excellent. The color scheme is both vibrant with the bright red and orange, yet understated with the two tones of gray. The stock can be expanded or compressed with ease, and the long barrel can be removed for even more customization. This blaster had way more play options and quality of life features than we expected!
