Wow. Those hackers really have it out for Sony. The latest hacker attack targeted Sony Online Entertainment, Sony’s Online games division and the publisher of games like DC Universe Online. This is in addition to the previous attack on the PlayStation Network.

Once again, users’ personal information including names, addresses, e-mail addresses, birth dates, phone numbers, etc has been stolen. It seems that credit card and bank info has also been put at risk but there hasn’t been a confirmation that this data was stolen yet.

Whether you are a Sony customer or not, frequently changing your passwords is always a good idea, especially if you use the same password for multiple sites.
