At over two feet tall, the Thomas & Friends Trains & Cranes Super Tower packs a lot of racing, chasing, loading, and unloading action in one track set. The set includes a motorized Thomas engine, a die-cast Percy engine, Harold the helicopter, and four cargo crates.
At the Tidmouth Sheds turntable, make sure the stop-track is set to STOP. When Thomas chugs by, he’ll automatically stop at the turntable to collect cargo. Flip the lever to release him. Thomas will chug up three levels until he stops at Cassia Crane to unload. Use the crane to lift and spin the cargo down the cargo chute. Now it’s time to help Thomas get across to Carly the Crane. Rotate Cranky so that his platform connects to the track and flip the lever to release Thomas onto the platform. Then, rotate the handle to transport Thomas to the other side. He’ll travel down the multi-level track set until he’s back to start to do it all over again.
Kids can also incorporate Harold into the play by hanging a cargo from Harold’s hook to have him fly it around. And Thomas’ cargo cart can be removed and replaced with the Percy engine, so the two friends can travel together.

Should I get it?
This large track set will be a lot of fun for Thomas fans. It’s easy to send Thomas chugging along and help him cross the platform. That feature helps get kids involved in the play so that they’re not just sitting there and watching Thomas move around the track. With familiar locations and favorite characters, this will definitely inspire a lot of imaginative play.
