Thomas & Friends Talking Cranky Delivery Train Set Review

Brendam Docks comes to life with the Thomas & Friends Talking Cranky Delivery Train Set. Cranky the Crane recognizes and talks to his friends. There are more than 325 sounds, songs, and phrases. And two AA and two AAA batteries are included. 

This 27-piece track set includes 14.5 feet of track that the motorized talking Thomas engine can chug around on. Build the train set as shown in the instructions, or connect this to any Thomas & Friends track, sold separately. 

Once built, press the engine button on Thomas to turn him on. If you press the button again, the engine movement pauses, and the engine and electronic console talk to each other. The engine and console will also talk to each other whenever the engine stops at the stop track. Press one of the red buttons to keep the conversation going. There are also two other buttons on the console that activate lights, songs, and sounds. 

For different ways to play, use the switch tracks to change tracks. Kids can also manually spin the crane 360 degrees, grab the cargo in the claw, and drop it down the cradle. Send Thomas through the cradle and press the lever to tip the cradle so the cargo drops into Thomas’ cargo car. Three cargo pieces are included.
