Light up playtime with the Stomp Rocket Ultra Rocket LED. This Stomp Rocket set comes with four foam-tipped rockets that have LED lights inside. Just press the button to turn the lights on and off. To get started, attach the launch pad to the adjustable stand, and push the launch tube into the base. Slide a rocket onto the launch tube, and use your foot to stomp down on the launch pad. You could also jump right onto the launch pad. The harder you stomp, the higher the rocket will fly. It can soar up to 100 feet. Turn the instruction sheet over to find some experiment ideas. Kids can test how different angles affect the rocket’s flight and how the force of the stomp affects how the rocket flies.

Should I get it?
This is such an easy activity to set up, and it gets kids playing outside. The lights on the rocket look really cool when used in low-light conditions, but you can also play with this toy with the lights off. We never got it to fly 100 feet, but it did go as high as some of our tree branches, and it was fun experimenting with the angles of the launch tube and trying to catch the rocket on its way back down.
