Playskool Glo Friends Glo Worm Review

Editor's Review
Based on the classic Glo Worm toys from the 1980s, the Playskool Glo Friends line features smaller, redesigned versions of the Glo Worm along with a storybook to read at bedtime. There are three different Glo Worms, each with a different storybook, so you can collect them all. The one in our video review is Wigglebug, and its book is called “Don’t Stop that WiggleHop!” As kids ages 2 and up and parents read Wigglebug’s story about perseverance, they’ll notice breaks in the story for movement, fun facts, breathing exercises, and reflection. And when storytime is over with, turn out the lights to watch Wigglebug glow in the dark when you give it a squeeze. One AAA battery is included.

Should I get it?
Today’s parents (or grandparents) may remember having a Glo Worm toy when they were kids, and now they get to share those memories with their own children through this toy line. The smaller size of the Glo Worm makes it easy to take on the go, perfect for continuing a bedtime story routine no matter where you are. And kids will most likely enjoy taking the Glo Worm on all sorts of imaginative adventures, too.
