Peach’s Castle is 1,216 pieces and will take you a couple hours to build. The main thing that this set has going for it is the looks. The iconic white and red castle will be unmistakable to any Mario fan, especially with the famous stained glass window. In its standard orientation, you’ll have an outer meadow lane, the castle exterior, and the castle interior and throne. This set is full of nfc interaction points, from lowering the bridge to avoid poison, to eating cake, and even warping into the Bomb Omb Battlefireld painting! And of course, all the enemies can be stomped. Speaking of, all of the LEGO Mario character figures look incredible. You get a Goomba, Bob-omb, Toadette, Ludwig Von Koopa, and the big man himself, Bowser. Pull back on the sliding panel to reveal a boss fight! Press on one of the black levers to make quick work of the King of Koopas. The mechanism that makes this function is a little delicate, so take care when sliding it back and forth. Trust us, it’s a pain to fix. If you have a LEGO Peach, Mario or Luigi figure (sold separately) you can get the most out of this set by downloading the LEGO Mario app and playing through the course! If only Peach came with this set, but alas, it is not the case.

Should I get it?

This set is definitely worth grabbing if you have any of the LEGO Mario app-compatible figures. It’s also one of the nicest looking display pieces from the course expansion set series. Plus, this set includes Bowser, a must have character!
