Editor's Review
Get ready to be inspired by ancient myths through the new Olympia Doll Collection. These dolls are inspired by Goddesses, and their included storybooks introduce kids ages 6 and up to the myths behind them. The collection includes Venus, Roman Goddess of Love and Beauty; Athena, Greek Goddess of Wisdom and War; and Artemis, Greek Goddess of the Moon, Woods, and the Hunt. Each doll stands 12 inches tall.Â
Venus wears a long white gown with golden accents at the waist, plus golden accessories and matching sandals. She has long blonde hair. The doll comes with a swan, which is Venus’ symbolic animal companion.Â
Athena wears a plastic bodice meant to look like armor with a fabric skirt. She carries a spear and a shield that has an image of Medusa on it. Her hair is pulled half up in a bun. Athena’s symbolic animal companion is an owl.Â
Artemis wears a sleeveless wrap dress with belt and sandals. On her back, she carries a quiver with three arrows, and she holds her bow. Her brown hair is pulled back in a half-up style. Her symbolic animal companion is a dog.
Each doll also comes with a four-page illustrated story card and two binder rings for collecting the story pages.
