Want to put together your own monster truck? Now you can with the Meccano Junior Monster Jam Grave Digger set. It’s a STEAM building set that comes with everything kids need to build Grave Digger, the “bad to the bone” monster truck as seen in Monster Jam events. Kids will use a plastic screwdriver and wrench to assemble the 127 parts, including nuts, bolts, and official BKT tires. Once built, this truck has a pull-back motor, so kids can really race it and make it pull off stunts and tricks thanks to the real-working suspension system.

Should I get it?
The good things about this monster truck are that it looks just like the original Grave Digger, complete with giant tires and the same Grave Digger logos and designs. Kids who are into monster trucks and construction toys will have fun building this and then being able to play out action-packed Monster Jam scenarios of their own.
However, the pull-back feature barely works, which is disappointing. You really get more power from just pushing it forward.
