Interact with Disney’s Stitch like never before with the Lexibook Disney Stitch Remote-Controlled Interactive Robot. There are a few things you can do to control Stitch right on the robot, while the remote offers even more control. Touch Stitch’s head sensor or belly for reactions. Press the “surprise” button on Stitch’s chest to hear a surprise sound. Press the “gesture control” button right next to it to use your hands to control Stitch’s movements. You can make Stitch turn right or left and move forward or backward based on how you swipe your hand in front of the belly gesture control sensor.

Or you can use the remote control’s directional buttons to make Stitch take a few steps, turning right and left and even spinning. There are two P buttons, one that lets you program a series of movements for Stitch using the directional buttons, and the other that plays that program. The “song” button plays music, and the “dance” button makes Stitch move to the beat. Test your knowledge about Stitch with the “quiz” button. You’ll use the 1, 2, and 3 buttons to answer the questions. Press the “story” button to hear a narrator recount the story of Lilo and Stitch, divided into seven mini stories. Stitch also has four interaction modes. Affectionate and Banter modes can be accessed by pressing that button, once for “affectionate” to hear heartwarming phrases and a second time for “banter” to hear Stitch talk in his alien language. Alien and Guardian modes are also accessed via a single button so that kids can see Stitch’s mischievous side and then access his protective side by pressing the button again. You can also control the volume with the remote and stop any of Stitch’s actions.

The toy requires 3 AA batteries for the Stitch robot and two AA batteries for the remote. Batteries are not included.
