Give babies, toddlers, and preschoolers space to play in the Laugh & Learn Ultimate Playhouse. With three Smart Stages of play and lots to explore, this toy grows with your baby from 6 months to 36 months.

In level 1, Explore, babies will hear sounds, songs, first words, and phrases that introduce opposites, colors, shapes, and the alphabet. In level 2, Encourage, toddlers will hear sounds, phrases, and songs about colors, numbers, and greetings. Plus, they’ll hear a fun prompt followed by a reward. And in level 3, Pretend, preschoolers will hear songs, sounds, and phrases that inspire imaginative play.

In any level, the fun is activated by pressing the doorbell button, opening and closing the door, pressing the fish bowl, flipping the light switch, turning the temperature knob, or pressing the four buttons on the speaker. The purple circle button cycles through different types of dance music. The red heart button cycles through different beats and music. The yellow triangle button plays “news”. And the blue square button plays weather-related sounds and phrases.

Not to mention all of the non-electronic play babies can have. There are two pieces of pretend mail to slide through the door slot. Babies can sort the flowers by shape on the garden trellis or the flower box. Drop and release the three balls on the side. There’s also a mirror, spinning flower, moving measuring stick, crinkly leaf, springy flower, a curtain that lifts to reveal a kitchen scene, a rainbow bell, and spinning numbers.

The toy has two volume levels and requires three AA batteries. Assembly is required and took us about 15 minutes to complete.
