If you’ve ever wondered what the inside of your brain looks like, building the Doctor Livingstone Jr. Human Brain Floor Puzzle will show you. This 100-piece jigsaw puzzle pieces are die-cut to match real anatomy. Kids build the brain stem independently of the nose and the eyes. But it all comes together to create a cross-section image of the brain, from the corpus callosum to the spinal cord. The finished puzzle measures 25 inches by 28 inches. As kids puzzle, they can read the Anatomy Guide, which labels all the parts and tells what they do.

Should I get it?

These sturdy puzzle pieces have unique shapes and fit together well to create a larger-than-life image of the human brain. It’s kind of got a gross-out factor, but it’s also really cool to see how the brain and its blood vessels relate to the facial bones, eyes, and upper jaw. This is a nice way to make science learning hands-on and fun.
