The Coral XP Infant Car Seat from Maxi-Cosi is an integrated car seat and carrier nesting system to help parents move more effortlessly while doing their daily activities. The 3 piece modular nesting system includes the car seat base, the car seat outer shell, and an inner carrier.

It has 4 modes of carrying. The first is the standard carry, without the base attached. The second and third are cross-body and handle carry. For these, you will need to pull the inner carrier from the car seat and adjust the handles. The inner carrier is light, weighing about 5 lbs. and the cross-body flex strap has an ergonomic shoulder pad for easy carrying. The last mode of carrying is the stroller push. The inner carrier connects with Maxi-Cosi stroller frames and other stroller brands using adapters, sold separately.

The car seat features a 5-point harness, plush cushioning, removable infant insert, adjustable canopy, side-impact protection, and removable machine washable cover.
