There are six new Barbie Fashionistas dolls to collect, each representing cool fashions and diverse looks. This inclusive range of dolls even features the first Barbie with Type 1 Diabetes in partnership with Breakthrough T1D.Â
Doll 237 wears her blonde hair pulled up in a ponytail with a black bow accessory. Her blue halter dress also features a bow pattern and large bow accent. Her matching blue shoes also have bows on them.
Doll 238 features pink hair pulled back on one side with a white barrette. There’s a large rose on her sleeveless pink dress, and she accessories with strappy pink heels.
Doll 239 is a sparkly cowgirl, complete with white cowboy hat worn atop her long black hair. The shimmery silver dress has side cut-outs and fringe at the hem. The doll also wears white heeled cowboy boots.Â
Doll 240 has wavy black hair, sunglasses, a two-piece green-and-white fashion, and purple heels.Â
Doll 241 is a blonde Ken doll wearing a red-and-white-striped long-sleeve collared shirt with pink shorts. He’s also got white sneakers with high socks.Â
Doll 242 represents those living with Type 1 Diabetes. Along with her two-piece blue polka dot outfit, blue booties, and blue handbag, the doll also wears an insulin pump and glucose monitor, and she’s even checking her levels on her smartphone.

These dolls add even more fashion and diversity to the Fashionistas lineup, and there’s really something for everyone. The Type 1 Diabetes doll represents those with diabetes, giving Barbie fans a doll that is just like them. And that’s really the beauty of this diverse lineup – it gives Barbie fans ages 3 and up dolls that look like them.Â
