Editor's Review
Barbie Dreamtopia Twinkle Lights Ballerina dolls shimmer and shine as they dance. Available in Caucasian and African-American versions, both dolls are very poseable to allow kids to create realistic ballet moves. And when you press the buttons at the doll’s waist, the plastic bodice lights up. There are five light shows, each with different color variations.
The dolls wear their hair pulled up into a bun with a decorative hairpiece that matches the color of their fabric tutu skirt. The ballet slippers are sculpted onto the doll’s feet. Each doll, sold separately, comes with three button cell batteries.

Should I get it?
These dolls don’t dance on their own, but kids will have fun choreographing their own dance routines for Barbie. These dolls are super articulated, which adds to the ballet realism, and the costume light show is a fun touch that is easy to activate. These dolls would be especially fun for young ballerinas.
