Barbie gets some new glam looks as part of the Barbie Deluxe Style series. Each doll features eye-catching fabrics, fun silhouettes, and elevated accessories that are inspired by the latest fashion trends. Mattel sent us dolls 5, 6, and 7 for free to review.
Doll 5 features a blonde Barbie wearing head-to-toe pink. Her metallic corset top features organza sleeves. Follow her matching metallic pink pants down to chunky pink heels. The doll’s hair is pulled back in a half-up style to show off her white hoop earrings. Additional accessories include a rose necklace and bow clutch.
Doll 6 wears her wavy black hair pulled up into a high ponytail. This doll’s metallic coral pink dress features a bubble skirt. Accessories include silver hoop earrings, pink sunglasses, layered necklaces, silver heels, and a beaded bag.
Doll 7’s wavy brown hair is styled in a topknot. The doll’s high-shine outfit consists of a cropped sweater and ruffled skirt, both with a shimmery blue and purple vibe, and silver booties. The doll accessorizes with blue sunglasses, stud earrings, a sparkly silver choker, a silver heart chain belt, and a gem-style purse.

Should I get it?
These dolls will be fun for kids and collectors. As with the diverse Barbie Fashionistas, this series of dolls features different body types, skin tones, and hair colors, showing that anybody can have deluxe style. Kids will like collecting the dolls that look like them and/or the styles that speak to them.
