Last year was a big movie year for Barbie, and Barbie is still making movies in 2024 through the Barbie Career of the Year Women in Film Dolls. This collection of four diverse dolls represents positions in which women are underrepresented, such as a Studio Executive, a Director, a Cinematographer, and a Movie Star. These are just four of the more than 250 careers Barbie has on her resume. And they’re a great way for kids to explore these Hollywood careers, as well as play out imaginative stories on and off set. The dolls have diverse looks and wear career-related clothing and accessories, such as a red carpet gown and Oscar statue for the movie star and a headset and script for the director. The dolls are not sold individually.
