Expanding once again on its 100 Words Book, now LeapFrog is helping toddlers and preschoolers explore 100 Things That Go. Through this interactive book, kids will hear more than 100 words about modes of transportation, from dog sleds and dump trucks to skates and school buses. There are six double-sided, touch-sensitive pages to explore, with vocabulary in both English and Spanish. Just flip the language switch to hear words, phrases, and descriptions in either language. This book has three play modes to guide kids through words, sounds, and fun facts. And when kids press the light-up star, they’ll hear two learning songs. Each page has bright and colorful illustrations, and all kids have to do is touch a picture to activate the learning fun. The book’s carry handle makes this easy to bring along when kids are riding around in their own thing that goes.

Should I get it?

As with LeapFrog’s other interactive books, 100 Things That Go is easy for small hands to activate, and there is a lot to keep little ones busy and entertained. We like that there are three play modes, as well as the options for English and Spanish. And it’s easy to take this toy on the go. This is a great way to introduce kids to early vocabulary.
