Castle Logix is a puzzle game for preschoolers that challenges players to group blocks together to create certain castle configurations. The game comes with 48 challenges in four difficulty levels: starter, junior, expert, and master. Choose a challenge and arrange the seven wooden castle pieces to build the castle. Some of the easier challenges only use three castle blocks and three towers, while the hardest challenges only show an outline of the castle and don't tell you what blocks to use. When you finish building, or if you get stuck, you can check the solution on the flipside of each challenge page.
Castle Logix gets kids using problem-solving skills to determine how each piece fits together. It's a fun introduction to logical reasoning, strategic planning, and visual and spatial perception. Preschoolers can practice these concepts through solving the challenges, progressing from the easiest challenges to the harder ones.
Castle Logix is for ages 3 and up.
As with many games designed for preschoolers, co-play with an adult can help reinforce the learning and keep the child's attention.
This is great for building basic thinking skills and perceptual skills.
