What It Is
Cubikals are blocks with three sides cut out to show either a character figure, a letter, or another object in the middle of the cube. Most of the figures, letters, and objects can spin around but are integrated into the blocks and cannot be removed. The top side of each Cubikal is decorated with a sticker while the bottom side has a textured surface. Kids can stack and build with Cubikals, but there are also different playsets for the Cubikals.
The Jump 'n Jive Copter comes with three Cubikals, and kids can place one Cubikal at a time in the pilot's seat. Once a Cubikal is in the pilot's seat, press down on the Cubikal for music, helicopter sounds, a spinning rotor, and phrases. Kids can also use the helicopter feet to pick up the other Cubikals. Just squeeze the trigger handle to pick up a Cubikal and release the handle to release the Cubikal. Squeezing and releasing the trigger also activates sound effects.
Is It Fun?
The sound effects and moving parts on this toy helicopter will engage preschoolers as they play out all kinds of imaginative adventures. Squeezing the trigger handle is great for helping with fine motor skills, and picking up Cubikals with the helicopter feet is designed to help with coordination.
