What It Is

The Roll & Chase Bumblebee is part of the Bright Starts Having a Ball line, a collection of toys built around a classic ball. There are two ways to play with this ball-shaped bumblebee. In play mode, press any of the buttons to hear a song and watch the bumblebee tumble around, encouraging children to crawl after it. As the music plays, the light-up buttons flash to the beat. In learn mode, press the buttons and they light up to show colors, shapes, and numbers. Each button plays three melodies.

Is It Fun?

The Roll & Chase Bumblebee has fun music, tumbling action, and lights that will engage babies as they play. Watching the bumblebee move around might even get kids to move around, too.

Who It’s For

The Bright Starts Having a Ball Roll & Chase Bumblebee is for ages 6–36 months.

What To Be Aware Of

Three AA batteries are included. These are for in-store try-me purposes, and Kids II recommends replacing them before you play for best results.

The motor on this toy is a little loud to the point that it overpowers the music and the phrases from the bumblebee.

For being a toy that is designed to encourage babies to crawl after it, it really didn't move that far from where we placed it on the ground.
