Eye Know is a game for two or more players that tests your visual memory and general knowledge. The game comes with 400 Image Cards (1,200 questions total), two dice, and a game board. There are two ways to play. In the basic version, start by filling the board with different cards from the deck and placing the rest of the cards in the Draw pile. The first player rolls both the color and number die. They then have to identify an image on one of the cards of the color rolled. The images run the gamut from famous people and landmarks to brand logos and food. If the player correctly guesses the image, another player asks them the question on the back of the card that corresponds with the number they rolled. If the question is answered correctly, the player gets to keep that card. If not, the card gets discarded. The first player to earn five cards wins the game.
The alternate way to play involves betting on how much you think you know about the image you identified and winning by being the player with the most chips at the end of the game. This version of Eye Know does not come with betting chips though, so you'd have to have your own chips to use.
With so many Image Cards and three questions per card, you can play this game over and over again for a unique play experience each time. It's fun and fast-paced and definitely gets you thinking.
Eye Know is for ages 12 and up. Some of the cards may be too difficult for the recommended age of 12, as the images may be before their time. As adults, we found some of the cards very challenging, though that's all part of the game.
This game is a Mensa Select-winning game, but this isn't a game that only Mensa members will be able to play.
