My Little Snugamonkey Special Edition Cradle 'n Swing Review (Fisher-Price)

What It Is

The latest in Fisher-Price's swing collection is My Little Snugamonkey Special Edition Cradle 'n Swing. This is very similar to the other swings in the collection except it has a sweet monkey keeping your baby snug. This swing is designed to help babies, and parents, get much-needed sleeptime. The Snugamonkey has two swinging motions-side to side and head to toe. Smart Swing technology offers six swinging speeds so you can find the perfect fit for your babe. The Smart Swing technology senses your baby's weight so you don't have to adjust the speed as baby grows. It also starts swinging without a push. There are 16 songs and nature sounds and a two-position recline with three seat positions that are easy to convert. The seat of the swing is deep and plush, giving baby the right amount of snuggle as she rocks to sleep. Overhead there is a spinning mirror with toys dangling from it. Additionally, there is a soft special-edition monkey blankie for baby to play with.

Why Is It Useful?

This is great to stimulate baby's senses. The Snugamonkey Special Edition Cradle 'n Swing is a large swing that does take up space in your home, but the benefits of getting a good night's sleep for both you and your child far outweigh the size of this swing.

Who It’s For

My Little Snugamonkey Special Edition Cradle 'n Swing is for birth until your child attempts to climb out, usually about 8 months. There is a 25-pound weight limit.

What To Be Aware Of

The swing runs on four D batteries, but it also has a plug-in option so you can save on batteries.
