Quercetti Combi Junior Review (International Playthings)

What It Is

Combi Junior, from International Playthings' Quercetti brand, is a 2-in-1 activity set. On one side, kids can use colored buttons to create pictures, and on the other side, kids can draw on the dry-erase board. If using the colored buttons, there are a few different ways to play. The set comes with 60 buttons in rainbow colors, and they easily snap into the board allowing kids to create designs and images of anything they'd like. For more structured play, there are six templates to choose from: a duck, butterfly, cat, train, car, and xylophone, each with a colored side and a black-and-white side. Kids can slide one of those into the board and use the buttons to match the like colors or choose their own colors to decorate the black-and-white drawing. When it's not being played with, the buttons can be stored in the carrying case. The board functions as the cover of the case, but it also easily slides out to stand upright when it's being used to create.
